Google Wave
We’re a little behind the times here I guess, but have you all checked out Google Wave? On May 28th they announced an upcoming new technology that will combine real-time communication (like instant messaging) with persistent content (like a wiki) and allows multiple people to be participating at the same time. It just might put a bit of new spin on content management as well as social media.
