CMS Ultimate Showdown
The CMS Ultimate Showdown was a competition held in preperation for a panel at SXSW on March 16th. Essentially three teams competed to make a website for a “community leadership program”, and use their CMS to power their backend. The showdown was between Joomla, Drupal, and WordPress. Each team was then rated on their implementation of the design, their “tech specs” and a user evaluation. Drupal took first, Joomla second, and WordPress third.
