New WordPress Maintenance Reports Plugin

If you offer WordPress hosting and maintenance to your clients, you should check out a new plugin called WP Client Reports. The idea of the plugin is to enable to you offer your clients an emailed report with statistics about the updates or maintenance that you have performed on the site over the last month.

The free plugin offers the ability to track software updates that have happened on your site such as WordPress updates, Plugin updates, and Theme updates. The plugin keeps track of the date when each of these updates happened and logs it so that it can be added to the report page or emailed at a later date.

There is also a Pro plugin that offers integrations with other plugins or services that might offer statistics your client may be interested in knowing about such as Google Analytics, Gravity Forms, Uptime Robot, Pingdom, and others. These are simple to set up and integrate.

If you are paying monthly for a service like ManageWP or MainWP then this might be a cheaper option for client reporting than some of the similar offerings. It looks like a nice plugin that would be worth checking out.
